013— 2025— Videoescena
Video-scenography design for "GRRRL", which premiered in January 2025 at the Teatro Valle-Inclán (CDN). Directed by Sara Molina, the piece explores the Riot Grrrl movement and 90s punk feminism. The visual work was conceived as a dynamic collage, a bombardment of textures and messages acting as the nervous system of the production.
Within the context of the CDN, "GRRRL" was a breath of fresh air and rebellion. The video-scenography enveloped the audience in the atmosphere of a concert and an assembly, where the image becomes a tool of resistance and collective outcry. The result was a visually powerful proposal that asked no permission, instead occupying the space with the force of a guitar riff.
"In GRRRL, video is the spray paint with which we tag the walls of the theater; it is noise, it is message, and it is feminist memory in motion."
