NAUTILUS EXPEDITION
Oceans and seas have been generating life since the beginning of time. They cover 70% of the planet's surface and are essential to the survival of every species on Earth. But the impact of human activity, overfishing, pollution, and climate change increasingly threaten their sustainability and biodiversity, causing irreversible environmental damage.
In this installation, inspired by the immensity and beauty of the ever-moving waters beneath the sea, we bring you closer to an imaginary, dreamlike world where a great body of water full of fantastical creatures floods the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca in Vitoria with light and color.
IMAGO
The IMAGO installation refers to the internal, representative image of a person held in another's unconscious — an impression that shapes the way we socialize. IMAGO invites viewers to discover, through a recreation projected onto the building's façade, the unknown inner world of the artworks that make up the permanent collection of the Museo de Bellas Artes de Álava. It aims to reveal the stories, imagined by a new artist, hidden behind each piece. The idea is to generate, across 5-minute cycles, a new, progressive visual narrative of the collection's paintings, inviting visitors to see things from another perspective and discover new ways of interacting with their surroundings.
